Nolan Welsh

Nolan came to automation from the business side. He spent six years running a home service company, studied business and finance, and has spent the last two-plus years building automation systems around the operational problems he saw firsthand. He also played professional hockey, which was admittedly a less direct route into systems engineering.

At Welsh Systems, he works directly with clients to map, design, and build the systems behind their operations. He is also, according to reliable sources, the smarter brother.

Tyler Welsh

Tyler studied economics at Yale before completing a master's degree in data analytics, giving him a strong background in both how businesses work and how to make sense of the data behind them. His background also includes professional hockey, adding to a somewhat unusual family path into analytics and systems work.

At Welsh Systems, he brings a more quantitative perspective to problems involving data, reporting, analysis, and how systems should be structured.
